The only problem there is that an AT-AT head would have to be mounted on the front of a bunker, rather than on top of it. Not without some serious modification, at least. I've envisioned an enlarged version of the AT-TE where the dorsal cannon is an AT-AT head, modified for a turret mounting instead of a neck...

Or it could be mounted upside down!
