This is why you have armorers build gear specifically for your jedi. This is, naturally, extremely expensive (much like the tailored suits from the Middle Ages) but provides all the benefits and no DEX penalties.
6-7 million credits and a good armorer can get you some kick @$$ Eol Sha Lava Dragon armor that makes Boba Fett's gear look like it's made of tin foil.
Then again, some folks would say that a jedi should trust in the Force, but I always figured that though the Force was always there, my ability to call upon it was suspect, hence always looking for new ways to protect myself (indirectly assisting the Alliance/New Republic by remaining alive). _________________ "Let your anger be like a monkey in a pinata"

The other arguement is a jedi should trust the force, but not rely on it as to cripple himself from all else. _________________ Luke, I am your father.
That's impossible!
And Leia is your sister!
That's improbable?
And the Empire will be destroyed by..EWOKS!
That's...highly unlikely.
The Force? Bacteria called midichlorians.
If you don’t take this seriously I'm out. |
