I included the general idea for this in my stat re-write of the Alliance Combat Airspeeder, but it can be used as a more general rule for other things.
Movement Damage
Some attacks are intentionally designed to immobilize or destroy vehicles by knocking them over. Walkers are particularly vulnerable to this form of attack, but under the right circumstances, pretty much anything that moves can be affected by this.
Game Rule: An attack that inflicts Movement Damage applies the result of the Damage roll as a modifier added to the base terrain difficulty. The target must make an immediate skill roll for the appropriate form of Movement (Running, Walker Operations, etc.), with a failed roll applied to the Movement Mishap tables. _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation.
