I believe its a mod for Republic at War. There is nothing I could find from the usual sources. Also could not find any information about the ships armament from the site. Sort of odd as they typically post that information. This is the only image I could find of the ship other than stills from gameplay. A video of the gameplay is posted to Youtube.
Short answer to if its been created .... no. _________________ Don Diestler

Looks not unlike a Venator. Probably a similar build.
What are its strengths/weaknesses? I'd start with a Venator and just mod it from there with its specific mission profile |

A little google-fu showed me that its acually someone else's model for an alternate universe Repiblic Victory-class Star Destroyer, that someone later re-skinned and retired the Veragitor:

Might instead start with the Victory and reverse-engineer it from there to fit a Republic mold a little more. Less military might, more troop transport. |

It certainly is a good looking design. Rather than a Victory, I'd make this more of a gun-heavy version of the Venator, sacrificing some of the Venator's carrier capacity in trade for higher Hull and more heavy weaponry. Maybe the Venator II instead of the Victory IV. _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. Easily. Strip out most of the Venator's starfighter capacity, double or triple the Venator's main batteries, then add a D or two to Hull to represent the increased structural integrity from removing the landing bays. _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. So, why is this ship from 1,000 years before the Clone Wars, yet virtually identical to the Venator? Technological advancement hasn't frozen that badly. _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. First off, this ship is pretty clearly a modified Venator, but set up as a big gun platform as opposed to a carrier. As such, I'd put it in the Clone Wars / Rise of the Empire era, and use it to provide heavy firepower alongside Venators as part of a mixed fleet.
As to the rest, that's going to be dependent on what I come up with on the Venator-Class thread. However, I have no personal interest in gaming in the Old Republic / KOTOR era,, so any stat I do come up with will be based in the Classic or early New Republic era. _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation.
