I've yet to find any prices for various sensor packages... Any leads?

Not really. The version in GG6 is broken. Best bet? Make your own, especially since you are applying the static weapon ranges. Fold sensor ranges into the system as well, with each sensor having a given difficulty modifier for Sensors rolls at a given range.

I remember a couple of exel docs were floating around a few years back, one for starfighters / transports and one for capitol ships that listed a lot of optional components.
Can't find then on my laptop at the moment but i might have copies on an external drive.
As to weight and volume some other systems use one cubic meter of water = 1,000kg = 1 metric ton.
So the 10 tons for passenger conversion would be 10 cubic meters of space for bed, food, atmosphere tanks etc. not necesarily 10 tons of weight

The Pit's Conversion for Saga Edition's Starships of the Galaxy included different types of hull armor. IIRC, it also included reinforced framework for the interior. I know the D20 Future book included even more detail if you are looking for ideas to convert over.

Never seen that..

IMO one of the problems with SWD6 is that the body of the ship and the armour is the same rating.

I double-checked; it never made it into the conversion, probably because GG6 already had Hull upgrades. D20 Future went into much greater detail and included names for different types of armor

I'm okay with that. Hull was supposed to be a measurement of how well a ship can survive damage, and increasing the armor would most likely result in an increase in survivability.

Thanks Cheshire!

Also, I'd like to work up some armor types for replacing existing plating on starship hulls, but I can't decide if that's too much stat boosting as it would be free of modification mishap penalties. Though it could incur maneuverability and speed penalties. Thoughts?

Had about 6-8 armour types in my uppgraded gg6 system, but cant find them on my hd Sad

Ouch. If you recall them I'd be interested to hear your stats.
