Is there any stats for a Mon Calamari star fighter?

Acbar was behind the development of the b-wing.

One that had the organic look and had the underwater capabilities?

I was picturing something like the Minbari Nial-Class Fighter from Babylon 5. It has the fluid hull design you would expect from Mon Cal ships, as well as a certain similarity to the droid Tri-fighters from ROTS.

Calamari can have multiple kinds of fighters. Mr.McNeill, I think it is your calling to come up with some stats for both fighters, please. 8)

I think I can do something for the Babylon 5 one, but the other one drawn from the comics doesn't really inspire me. I'd appreciate some discussion on the background, though; if I'm going to make a balanced stat, I'd like some more details on how Savar wants it to be used.

One potential design feature that might carry over well from the B5 version is that the pilot is lying flat on his stomach, with his legs extended out behind him. Since the Mon Cals are an aquatic species, I could see their necks being adapted to bend back that far, but a human pilot (or other similar species) would likely have neck problems if forced to retain the pose over time. In fact, it might even justify non-Mon Cal species suffering a -1D penalty to Piloting when operating this craft.

As far as other questions, is it short range or hyperdrive equipped? Durable and well-armed or fast and maneuverable? Bomber, interceptor or multi-role?
