Does anybody have the conversion rules from d20 to d6 or know where to get them as this would be very helpful in getting my KOTOR Sourcebook going.

The guys over at Rebellion have also done a TON of the converting already. A lot of the D20 published stuff (sourcebooks, magazine articles, web stuff...) has already been converted over there. Between Gry's work and the Rebellions, you should have most of it done for you.

What about converting equipment and weapons?

Yeah... that's something I'll have to deal with when I start my Weapons & Equipment books. I think the thing to do is compare weapons that exist in both systems and thus get a reading of what each stat converts to....
