Okay, so I was talking with someone and it got me thinking. What do you think is the most aestetically speaking starship in Star Wars?
My vote is for the Nova Courier. I love it's blend of Gallofree Yards and Mon Calamari influences. Just a gorgeous ship in my opinion.

I am probably one of the only people who will say this, but the Rebel Assault Frigate. I just have always liked the way it looks. Not sure why, no particular reason - it is just a lovely ship to me. _________________ "There's a set way to gain new Force Points and it represents a very nice system, where you're rewarded for heroism, not for being a poor conductor to electricity." ~Jachra |

The Mark I or Mark II? If you mean the Mark I, I agree.
Here's a pic of the Mark I if you're not sure which one you mean.

The Mk I
Though I have seen a better picture somewhere, with the front more rounded, but can't seem to find it now.
I also like the look of the Nebulon B frigates in general. _________________ "There's a set way to gain new Force Points and it represents a very nice system, where you're rewarded for heroism, not for being a poor conductor to electricity." ~Jachra |

Star Destroyers! The perfect visual depiction of the power they possess and the greater power they represent. _________________ "Yes because killing the guy you always planned on usurping and killing anyways in order to save your own kid, totally atones for murdering a roomful of innocent trusting children." Gotta confess, had a good laugh when I "viewed" the picture and saw the name at the top identifying it as AssFrig. I will never be able to see the picture of one again without thinking of its new title. _________________ "She's tore up plenty, but she'll fly true." |

The purest in me says ISDs and Executor. Though I also find the Eclipse and Bellator visually stunning. _________________ "Yes because killing the guy you always planned on usurping and killing anyways in order to save your own kid, totally atones for murdering a roomful of innocent trusting children." Oh yeah, the Belator is terrific.
It's a shame that we're probably never going to see it in action. A ship that gorgeous deserves a starring role at some point.

the buedo is terrific. reminds me of the Naboo designs what with the yellow and chrome and sharp curves and all. _________________ His eyes are shifty. That's how you know the nerf did it. |

The only thing i never liked about the naboo ships is you never saw any control vanes or thruster ports. _________________ Confucious sayeth, don't wash cat while drunk! |

How so? Every Naboo ship in the films has obvious thrusters, and no starships that I can think of have control vanes. _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. I myself love the YT-1300 freighter. While many of them are beat up and dingy, each one is unique and special in its own way. It is sort of like people, each one unique and beautiful in their own way. |
