Grys complete weapons collection lists a standard non powered hand axe as
Type: Melee weapon
Scale: Character
Skill: Melee combat: axe
Cost: 100
Availability: 1
Difficulty: Easy
Damage: STR+2D (max: 5D)

124-125)

Really? you'd give it a range of more than 15? even though the throwing knives only have a range of 10?
Interesting...mind me asking why a range that far?
I liked the idea quite a bit - and was very troubled by the Hatchet stats from adventure journal 2. The damage from all of the weapons in that book are ludicrously low considering what we see even from the Ewoks in RotJ.
I saw the Axe stats.
I do believe I went with Str+1D+1 actually (Maybe +2).... and then with 3-5/10/15... |

There is more mass for inertia.
But the 15 max is better |

My main reason for it was cause of battle training. WE actually did toss some hatchets, and most could be thrown a little further than standard throwing knives. _________________ Confucious sayeth, don't wash cat while drunk! |
