I used to be pretty active around here, but for the last couple of years I've been pretty much just lurking and answering the occasional PM. In the last few months, I've received a few inquiries about my old NPC collections, either because someone was unable to locate the original download links, or because they had difficulty downloading a particular collection.
As such, I thought I'd make a quick post with the download link to the "Complete" collection for those who might be looking, or for the new people who might not have seen it before:
4shared download link:
http://www.4shared.com/get/DEnLtLFM/star_wars_ultimate_npc_collect.html
DepositFiles download link:
http://depositfiles.com/files/9unn27ma0?redirect
This NPC collection has 225 pages of content, and probably about 400 stat blocks from a wide range of character types ranging from Vong, Imperials, Rebels, Sepratists, Republic, merchants, criminals, or nearly any other character type that you might need for a campaign. Every stat block has several different power levels, making it possible to provide challenges for characters of nearly any power level.
Currently, my attention is on other projects, but if I can ever get my gaming group back into Star Wars D6, then I have every intention of finishing up the last little bit of this collection.
In the meantime, enjoy! And May the Force be With You!
EDIT with current link: Ultimate NPC Collection on the The Rancor Pit LIBRARY of Fan-Made Supplements

Indeed. Nice to see a familiar face. _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. It's expected that you will make up new rules to suit the needs of your game." - The Star Wars Roleplaying Game, 2R&E, pg. 69, WEG, 1996.

Well I use AbBlock on my browsers and imagine that 4shared doesn't like that, giving a 1,000,000 minute wait for the download. May I suggest an alternate file download site? _________________ Don Diestler

Been using 4shared forever, but recently started using DepositFiles as well. I went a head and uploaded it to DepositFiles and posted the link in the first post of this thread. Just be sure to pick it up off of DepositFiles soon as they tend to drop files after a few months where as 4shared keeps them up forever as close as I can tell.
I encourage people to download, upload, and share this file to their heart's content. After all, I made it for the community, so I'd hate for it to be lost to the sands of time if I ever dropped completely off the grid. Just dont modify it without consulting me first. |

Figured that you would already have the NPC collection?
Since 4shared started the adblock stuff, I just click to download and go do something else for about 10-15 minutes. But I understand why others would be turned off by the wait, thats why I started using DepositFiles as well. |

Nope. Never picked it up. I haven't GMed in ages, so I didn't see so much of a need. However, now I figure that it can't hurt to have some ready-made ideas for characters at the very least. |

I sent you an attachment to your gmail account with the updated version. _________________ __________________________________
Before we take any of this too seriously, just remember that in the middle episode a little rubber puppet moves a spaceship with his mind. |

Very nice Guardian! I'm not even sure how many hours you just saved me. _________________ "Yes because killing the guy you always planned on usurping and killing anyways in order to save your own kid, totally atones for murdering a roomful of innocent trusting children." The Brain |

Thats what I was making it for! WEG was great about releasing stats for characters all the time, but I always felt they were lacking in more generic stat for gaming. This project was my way of trying to give a little something back to a community that I love while complementing the less generic stat sets that WEG created over the years.
As for hour many hours I just saved you? I shudder to think of all the time I have invested in the collection. I figure it was somewhere between 75-100 hours (Give or take) to create the collection. Its amazing how quickly one can put together a range or stats for a character type once you've cranked out about a hundred of them, . . .
I'm just glad that people are still interested in the collection and are still putting it to use! |

IIRC, weren't there some still left to do? _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. It's expected that you will make up new rules to suit the needs of your game." - The Star Wars Roleplaying Game, 2R&E, pg. 69, WEG, 1996.

I think he was partially done with force users IIRC, which is why the collection is v0.85. _________________ RR
