To answer your question, none of the official sourcebooks cover Sith Poison. The Tales of the Jedi Companion covered only the first two Tales story arcs; Beast Riders of Onderon and the Freedon Nadd Uprising. Sith Poison wasn't introduced until Dark Lords of the Sith.
The netbook Galaxy Guide 14: The Dark Side covers more details about that period, but on a quick scan-through, I couldn't find any stats for Sith Poison...
