From reading GG2 (empire strikes back) and everything else i have on Bespin, it does seem that cloud city is the only mining facility there.

Wookieepedia lists Bespin's other major cities as Ugnorgrad and Tibannopolis, but the article on Cloud City notes that it holds about 5.4 million of Bespin's population of six million.
Tibannopolis is abandoned in most eras of play, but it could be interesting as a hideout or shady meeting point. Ugnorgrad seems to exist because there was need to retcon away some silliness about Bespin having a surface in one comic. |

| Remember, Bespin's total operations were small enough to escape Imperial operations before ESB. There's no reason not to have another facility there if you need it for your story, but you're likely going to want to keep it small. |

Yeah, make your own. I think Bespin would also be a good place to have a secret city or station hidden deeper down in the gas giant.

I know the Jedi Academy trilogy mentioned an abandoned city where he found Streen (Not sure on the name).

Tibanna gas is the gas used in turbolasers. It is the main product of Bespin. If they aren't selling to the Empire, because they were too small for the Empire to notice, who are they selling to?
I always assumed criminals or Hutts, but there are a lot of potential stories there. |
