				| need to be a freighter - good cargo and such - and not too expensive - yet look kinda nice.
They like the look of ships like the L19 and the YT- series (1200+)

And needs to have been produced before 182BBY approximately.

				| Well, the XS stock light freighter is set in the Star Wars: The Old Republic era, so that's about 4,000 BBY. Looks nice, though.
You could also just use an YT-1000 freighter and rebrand it as an YG-series transport - the YT-1000 is obscure enough that you should be able to get away with it, and the YG-series is a forerunner to the YT-series.

				| your best bet may be to take a design you like, change the name and layout, and run with it.
for specific hulls, the older Ghtroc models may be a good choice. that company is on the outer rim, and is out of business at 0BBY. their older models such as the 440 or 580 could easily be from the era you want to play in.

And where did you learn that? I never knew that.

				| It mentions on Wookieepedia that they go out of business, but they don't name a time frame.
I'm also curious to hear where you heard this.
