FP = CP? Any rules on this?

So a question real quick - Are there any rules about spending FP as CP?

And yes I mean both for adding to a roll and for advancement of skills.

non-force sensitive characters can't exceed 5 force points. if they do they convert to character points at a 1:5 conversion.

Its 1 to 3 conversion, not 1 to five.

But no i have never seen rules, even house made ones that would allow you to spend FP like CP for character advancement.
