Okay, sorry guys, I've been asleep at the wheel on this one. I don't know how I missed this thread.

It depends on which droid book. Is it Gry Sarths collection of droids, or is it the Scavenger's Guide to Droid collection?

In most cases, where the dex penalty has NOT been factored it, it will tell you, (-2D Dex or -1D dex). There are other droids in the Scavenger's Guide where the bonuses and penalties already should be built in, IIRC. If they have not, then they will provide a stat adjustment in parenthesis. However, I can go back and check for consistency.
