I haven't used it in my game but for official rules it is found on pg 49 of the Shadows of the empire sourcebook in relation to the pike sisters.

I know several players who have had their character take it but most don't like using it once they see the downside kick in (the no parry capacity if they opt to use it's special ability to do more damage).
