Star Wars Adventures! Thursday Night Table

Thurday-Feb-6 @8:30PM CST (GMT-6) is to be a "meet and greet" and will include character creation and game mechanics explanation.
Thursday-Feb-13 @8;30 PM CST (GMT-6) will be the start date for the game.

Games will posted on G+, played through Google Hangouts, using both the Roll20 applet and Roll20 site. Sessions last 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours in length followed by a discussion of the evenings events, answer questions, address mechanics and so on.

Set during the Rebellion Era, six months after the destruction of the original Death Star. Force Users and those who are sympathetic to them are hunted down without mercy by Lord Vader and the Imperial Inquisitorus. Characters can be members of the Alliance or working directly for them in some capacity.

The group will be operating out of a Rebel Supply Base on the planet Ragnoon located in the Antheur Expanse of the Mid-Rim. This astrographical area is lightly colonized.

Character concepts should be group friendly. This does not mean that characters will get along, but that the group should be able to work together to achieve a goal. Jedi and Force Users are exceedingly rare and amongst the majority of the galaxy are looked upon with equal parts scorn and pity. The Imperials and supporting governments actively discriminate against non-humans. The further from the Galactic Core and Imperial influence this becomes less of a concern.
