Poking around a bit more, it seems that the Pursuer-class enforcement ship counts as a starfighter, meaning that's an option. It does lose originality points, in my mind, for being used by Fett as the Slave II. However, there's no argument that the ship certainly works for a bounty hunter.

I went for a modified Y-wing with the same look as the Clone Wars Y-wing. I will post the stats and can you guys give me your oppinon on it

Another option is the JumpMaster 5000, another scout ship, roughly the size of a shuttle. Dengar used one, but it's a frequently overlooked vessel otherwise.
