Here is a VERY quick N/PC concept sheet. This is meant to be a "short form" and to hit the important parts of the concept and reference to mechanics. Suggestions and comments welcome.

Concept (1 noun, 2-3 adjectives):
Sex/Age:
Species (include what is unique about the species if anything):
Attributes (Primary [pick one]):
Attributes (secondary [pick one]):
Skills (primary [pick one or two]):
Skills (secondary [pick two or more]):
Skills (pick-up [pick three or more]):

Yeah I don't even know how to answer the question, "What is it for?" The title and its content pretty say it all. Its a sheet for creating a concept and stuff before translating it to a character sheet. Its not meant to be all-inclusive since its called a "short form" so ... again, not sure how to answer your question.
