Here's who they're looking for:
Quote: |
1. “Late-teen female, independent, good sense of humour, fit.”
2. “Young twenty-something male, witty and smart, fit but not traditionally good looking.”
3. “A late twentysomething male, fit, handsome and confident.”
4. “Seventy-something male, with strong opinions and tough demeanour. Also doesn’t need to be particularly fit.”
5. “A second young female, also late teens, tough, smart and fit.”
6. “Forty-something male, fit, military type.”
7. "Thirtysomething male, intellectual. Apparently doesn’t need to be fit." |
So, I guess the New Republic has banned fizzyglug and mandated training programs? I'm glad that the "thirtysomething...intellectual" and the Christopher Lee/Geoffrey Rush character will be able to eat something other than celery for 6 years while they live up to stereotype casting!
Also, this is old, but I never saw it before: Patton Oswalt delivers the plot we (at least I) dread... http://popwatch.ew.com/2013/04/17/patton-oswalt-star-wars-avengers-crossover-in-an-epic-parks-recreation-improv/ _________________ "A special effect without a story is a pretty boring thing"- George Lucas |

3. Jagged Fel
5. Tanel Ka Djo
6. Sauntir Fel
4 And 7 are probably CGI characters. |

How does the child of Han and Leia end up "not traditionally good looking"? _________________ Or that excessively long "Noooooooooo" was the Whining Side of the Force leaving him. - Dustflier

I'm feeling optimistic that the main protagonist might be female. _________________ "I still wouldn't have a roll for it - but that's just how I roll." |

From what I saw, the casting call was in England (London, IIRC).
Some reactions here are similar to my initial one: is everybody in the SW universe "fit" now?
Saw that Patton Oswalt bit before; very funny! _________________ Currently Running: Villains & Vigilantes (a 32-year-old campaign with multiple groups) and D6 Star Wars; mostly on hiatus are Adventures in Middle-earth and Delta Green |
