Rownn grins, "The only sacrifice is my Jedi identity, really. The capture scenario would more likely result in an actual sacrifice, I think."

"It's better they think Rownn is already dead," Garolf tells Zinn. "We don't need to risk them handing him over for certain death and I certainly would try to rescue him before that could happen."

He then turns to Rownn.

"What's in an identity? A Wookiee by any other identity is still a Wookiee. And a Jedi by any other identity is still a Jedi. Well, unless they fall to the dark side anyway.

"Speaking of identities, those of us choosing to change ours need to decide what we will go by. I'm personally considering Kanwulf."

Lt Eckmire nods and says "Operation Burnt Hair it is. I will acquire the necessary items and have them placed in Locker 53429, in plaza at Terminal C. Agents will be placed in the local law enforcement and be ready to hear of a disturbance involving a Jedi. Their contact frequency will be with the package so you can give them a heads up as to when you are going. They will be ready regardless of your call but fore-warning increases odds of success. I have brought with me a crate of training rounds for your blasters, this should allow you to practice without a risk to life. I came on a ship, a Vanguard Heavy Assault Gunship called The Wombat which you guys will be using as your entry vehicle. It was recently taken from a group of mercenaries who took one job too many. They did not have a mechanic in their midst so the ship is in bad repair. Our techs got it back to operational standard before releasing it to the mission. It is one of the largest starfighters out there with 6 bunks, and with the loss of your main pilot, and damaging of your transport I got this for your mission so your backup pilot will be able to fly you around with more skill. I will be leaving on the transport that you guys arrived on after this meeting which will make you guys the sole inhabitants of this base. Give me 3 days to have the assets in place before you make your move on the planet, but feel free to get there sooner and start building your reputation. Any last questions before I depart?” he asks starting to pack up his notes.

ooc: how long do you guys want to stay here before going planet side? the planet is about 8 hours away.

OOC: I am unfamiliar with the appropriate periods of time required for starship repairs in this gaming system. Once we see the vessel in question we will be able to assess its condition and prioritize repairs to get it out of 'floating bomb' condition.

Rownn regards Garolf a moment, not really expecting philosophy to pop up... and just gives the wolf a grin. He thinks, "Call me Chalkazza, it loosely translates to ghost, or tracker, in the shadows." He thinks a second, "I have no questions at this time. If there's something I think of later, I'll have to be resourceful and flexible, I suppose."

Zinn says, "I can help you with the repairs; I'm much better with X-wings, but I know my way around a starship."

Looking at Eckmire he says, "Suppose a new astromech is out of the question, huh? Having one around would sure help with getting those repairs done. Plus, having our ship in good condition will lend credence to our reputation as a team that gets things done; if our ship's going to Hoth in a handbasket, it'll look like we're barely scraping by, which will make it look like we either don't get a lot of jobs, or do them poorly enough to only earn partial creds when we deliver. I doubt the Peacers are gonna want to induct a crew that looks like they can't get a decent job done..."

"The ship is fine, it just doesnt meet current brand new specs." he replies "As for the astromech, Im sorry there are not any extras lying around at the moment. Besides, while a stereotype, because of their use in New Republic snubfighters, Astromecs are sometimes met with suspicion of their allegiance to New Republic personel. No reason to complicate things further on this mission"

Zinn looks over at the Verpine. "You and I will fix up the ship before we head out. 'doesn't mean current brand new specs' could mean the hyperdrive will tank on us our first time out."
