At one time I knew of a Star Wars player in Lethbridge, but I don't know if they still visit. (and I can't remember who it was)
While Lethbridge isn't necessarily close to Calgary, per se, it's the closest I've heard of anyone to there. Hopefully you can find someone in your neck of the woods. |

I may be interested in joining your group. I've been looking to get back into playing. _________________ -The Wookie has no pants- |

I understand the draw of F2F play but it still astounds me that people are not pursuing more VTT and G+ Hangout games. Its so easy and with Roll20 its even easier.
I am certainly not saying any of those are the best fits for everyone, but I am stating that if one wants to get a group online in a virtual game, its damn close to a F2F. _________________ Don Diestler

I will second this. Using the Roll20 program(which is free) you can have a good gaming experience with mic and speakers. As a player its fairly easy, as a gm there's a bit of a curve but I've successfully run a game that everyone seemed to enjoy quite a bit. If nothing else, time can fly when gaming this way just like around a real table, and that should say something. |
