Nihl resumes scanning the room, paying no attention to the speedy repairs going on in front of him. His attention is drawn, however, to a tall robed individual, who walks in and approached the portly Bith. Nihl immediately notices a calm, confident air about this new individual. |

Watching the entrance to the Cantina, Nihl tenses as the tall robed figure enters and pauses inside the doorway. Little does the Anomid know that one false move would have triggered the clone’s programmed response to draw his Blaster and fire at his already auto-targeted head….
Within seconds Nihl assesses the threat is within acceptable levels and moves his hand back to its former position. Although he must admit that robed, masked aliens with pupil-less eyes don’t generally give him a warm fuzzy feeling, something about this calm, confident individual relaxes his usual guard.
Still, Nihl is glad to see the newcomer ignore him and head toward the Bith.
Meanwhile, Nihl can’t help but be impressed with the skill and focus the kid demonstrates in his impromptu “science project”. Although his own technical aptitude for repair is generally focused on weapons and armor, Nihl appreciates technical expertise when he sees them…and this kid obviously knows what he’s doing with the droid. |

Finishing with the droid, Bri'tan flips the power switch back to 'on' before speaking, "That should keep you for a while." Closing the droid's access hatch, he finally looks up at the robed figure. His expression is surprised, making it fairly obvious that he completely missed whatever the Anomid had just said.
Seeing the Anomid before him, the first thing he really notices is the vocalizer on his face. Standing and leaning in close to the robed figure before him, "Thats a Anomid Vocalizer Mask 200Z? You should get a 1000X! They're faster and more dependable in the long run." After looking at the vocalizer for a moment, he quickly looses interest in the relatively common piece of translating equipment. As he turns to set back down, his eyes are drawn back towards the Clone Trooper and the technelogical wonder that is his armor. |

Bri'tan, focusing on the mask and helmet of his fellow patrons, does not even notice the droid roll away at a smooth, steady pace. |

Looking at the Clone Trooper across the table from himself, he starts taking in every detail of the man's helmet, maybe he's sleeping in there, I might be able to slip the helmet off for a wuick look without him noticing, . . . Deciding to err on the side of caution, he continues to watch the Clone Trooper, everything beyond the technelogical wonder that is the Clone Trooper's helmet is forgotten around him. |

Three more clone troopers enter the Cantina, taking a second for their visors to gain down to the change in lighting. One has a distinctly different color armor (dark grey) that looks well used and dusty. He looks around and directs the other two to follow him as he spots Nihl across the room. As he approaches the table, "Nihl, sir. I was excited to find out we were assigned to another mission together. It will be good to be working with you again." He slides into the back of the booth and allows the others to introduce themselves to Nihl since they to, will be under his command. |

The Anomid's large, silver eyes follw the Bith incredulously as he completely ignores the query put to him, other than for a rather surprised look on his face when he finally takes notice that someone else was there. Shaking his head sadly, wondering if this is one of the people assigned to his new squad, the Anomid turns a slow circle, visually taking in the entire tap room to see who else might be there.
Upon seeing several clone troopers enter, go over to the lone trooper who happened to already be there, and seeing the Bith join them, suspicions are confirmed. The Anomid's left arm raises in front of his body, crooked at the elbow to give him a good view of what appears to be an armored bracer. His right hand pushes a small, recessed button which causes a panel to slide up and toward his elbow, exposing a small screen and a keypad. He starts typing in commands, looks from the screen to the table of clones (and one portly Bith), then pushes the button to return the panel to its former place atop the access area. He strides purposely to the table and addresses the trooper who had been there first. Bowing slightly at the waist, he says, "Excuse me, gentlemen. I am Daryn Medallea, and I believe you are part of the squad I am here to meet." |

The additional Clone Troopers finally snap Bri'tan out of his trance like state. For a moment, he thinks he is seeing multiples until he realizes that the different suits of armor have different patterns. Slowly, a smile spreads across his face, "Good sirs," he says, addressing the newcomers in a reasonable tone, "I was wondering. How are the optics in that thing? Which model of the MFTAS are you using? Does it have a real-time zoom function? Can I look?" By the time he is done talking, the words are coming out of his mouth in an excited rush. At least this time, he somehow shows enough restraint to stay seated and not reach for anyone's helmet. |
