look up the stats for the chiappa rhino
http://chiappafirearms.com/product/729
it too fires from the 6 o'clock position, ie from the bottom of the cylinder.
also doing a quick dimension check of your sketch, i got roughly 21" long and approximately 9" tall. this is based on the length of a .30-06 round, 3.34" (85 mm) and then lengthening the cylinder a bit to allow for room and such, i put the cylinder at 4" long. which in turn gives it a 12" barrel and about a 4-5" handle. _________________ Aim low, shoot high

Yeah, I read several articles on the Mateba (the basic model for the Chiappa Rhino) before I drew up the original Ancalagon.
I think the length of the cylinder may be 3.5 inches on the original sketch. On the SketchUp file, the height is about 7 5/8 inches, the gun is just under 18 inches long, and the cylinder is 3.5 inches long _________________ Or that excessively long "Noooooooooo" was the Whining Side of the Force leaving him. - Dustflier
