With the Militias & Mercenaries NPC collection nearing completion, I'm starting to plan the Rebels & New Republic collection. I'm planning to follow a similar format to the Imperials collection I finished a while back.
Which group would you all like to see first? Army or Navy? Once a couple of people give an opinion, I'll throw up a quick to-do list for review. |

Personally I'd like to see Army first for the Rebels, and go from there...
Excellent work on all this btw, if I haven't already said that this week!

This week, I think so. Today, not yet.
Seriously though, if I wasnt getting so much feedback and people werent being so supportive, I'd think that no one was interested in the project. And if I thought people werent interested, I'd probably just quit posting the material I put together.
Thanks again to everyone who has been giving me feedback through this project! |

Not sure on the Walker crew for the Rebels, so unless they used Walkers in the New Republic era I have a hard time with those stats.
After all, Walkers were used by the Empire for their terror value in ground assault...
Also, there are Commandos & Commando/Marksmen/Snipers I thought?

Also, there are mention of Covert Agent stats somewhere (can't think of a reference off the top of my head) and it makes sense since the Rebellion was trying to incite a revolution...

I'll add the whole range of Commandos, a Sniper and a Cold Weather Trooper.
Added the following SpecForce units: Marines, Communications, Translators, Medics & Supply Specialists
I'm also adding a Mon Calamari Crewman to the navy list I'm putting together. |

If you can remember where they are, I'll take a look. |

Rebellion Era Campaign Guide D20 Conversion
First page of NPCs stats, it shows Resistance Cell Member and Resistance Cell Leader
So they were 'introduced' by D20 and converted from there......
Also shows Marksman and Honor Guard, though again not WEG originals...

In that case, I dont have a lot of the D20 RPG books (Saga edition Core book, Arms & Equipment, & Starships of the Galaxy.) so I'm not really in a position to convert them into D6 stats. If you would be willing to do the conversion, I'd love to see the result. |

Actually some conversions are already done, Cheshire has a link to the collection of D20 conversions completed by the crew of this very site:
http://www.4shared.com/dir/9688168/f35baae0/sharing.html#dir=9692418
would be good as a starting point if you want to include them, if not than that's fine as well...

Thank you! It seems like most of the "Conversions" series dosnt have stock stats for anything, so it never even crossed my mind to look for anything there.
As to whether or not I will use them. Well, the work is already half done, so it wont take much effort for me to snag & expand the stats a little. |

I don't see much in the way of techs/medics, other than the spec force tech.. _________________ Confucious sayeth, don't wash cat while drunk! |

The Rebels/New Republic phase of the project is going to be done in sections just like the Imperials I recently finished. The Rebels/New Republic will be broke down into Army, Navy, Intelligence & Security, and Support Personnel. The Techs & Medics will appear in the "Support Personnel" section. The only reson that I plan to do the SpecForce tech is because the character goes specifically with the SpecForce grouping. |

I'm with Ty on this one. I'm fairly certain that Rebellion/New Republic avoided the use of walkers. However, it might make sense to have a variety tank crewman specialized from the repulsorlift crew. |
