I dont think the No Smoking thing works for our groups Jedi.

We light em with lightsabers, afterburners on the ship (only masters allowed to do that one), off the other characters armor.

that's mean....

one of the jedi in our group had like 33 DSP's at one time... so he doesn't really care about any rules anyway..(he's a lightsider now though)

He had 33 DSP because his father kidnapped his wife and sold her to the 'Galactic Holo-Porn Inc." and he went on the fritz, he went around with a holorecorder of one of the 'shoots' asking everyone if they had seen it, if they said yes, he killed them.... he had like 10 people lined up and ripped their hearts out with the force. (that was his best kill)

Absolutely no way he couldn't make a roll equal to or greater than the total number of DSPs. And that really seems like going to extremes.

I don't know how they figured it, but it was before he became a jedi. so maybe that had something to do with it?

no idea... but yea, he had em...

I know what it was now... they didn't know exactly how to do the rolling, so they were going to wait untill the end of the session.. then he did some heroic stuff.. (dunno what it was or anything).. and then when he rolled it was knocked down to like 4 DSP... *shrugs* thats the story i got

That is fubar.... Even with gaining some force points for being heroic, there is no way you are getting 27 of them.... and that is as far as i know the only way to neuter DSPs other than atoning. Many gms i have been under allow someone who earns a bonus FP from heroics to use it to offset one of their DSPs they currently have. So assuming that rule was in play here, he would have had to earn 27 of them...... NOT likely.

As to whether being a jedi or not matters, it does not. Not according to the books. Anyone who earns a dsp has to make the roll to turn.
