Koensayr Improved Alternate Fire Control System:
(Note: Available one month before Battle Of Hoth)
An upgrade for Freighters is the Improved Alternate Fire Control System is a combination of upgrade to the Fire Control Computer, Fire Linking Module, a Gun Camera, and Turret Mechanics. It includes a HUD for the Cockpit, and helps to prevent turret drift, both of which cut the decrease in accuracy by ~50%!!! Also included in the HUD is an advanced docking control system, and "Picture In Picture" for the Gun Camera if it isn't locked forwards.
Game Notes: Decreases the penalty for Turret Fire from the Cockpit to -1D if locked Fore, or a -2D penalty if the turret is set to Port/Starbord/Aft. Moving the Turret to a new firearc takes one action, no roll is required, and can be done from the cockpit. Also adds a +2 to Docking Manouvers. |
