This ship has been much on my mind lately, and I’m strongly considering doing an updated version, using the amazing deck plans courtesy of Frank Bonura and the Star Wars Deckplans Alliance. Before I do, I’d appreciate some feedback on the changes I plan on making.1) I’m thinking there need to be two versions: an Imperial Military version and a civilian scout.
2) I plan to incorporate my Blaster Array concept into the Military variant at the very least, and possibly give a watered down version (-1D to Damage and FC) to the Civilian model.
3) The proton torpedo launcher will be rewritten to work with my Ordnance Rules, plus I’m considering giving the Military version a rear-firing launcher that can deploy Space Mines and Sensor Buoys.
4) Regarding Stealth, I’m thinking of giving the Civilian Version Stealth Shields and upgrading the military version to a full Sensor Mask (the existing rules for the Skyblind’s stealth are a curious mix of the two concepts, which I think needs some cleaning up).
5) The Landing Sphere will be getting similar upgrades, including giving it a Space of 1 and potentially a Light Blaster Cannon to the military version.
6) Finally, since this is supposed to be a one-being-crew vessel, I’m considering giving it an integrated droid brain to aid the pilot when he needs to be focused on one thing instead of multi-tasking. The military version will have higher skill dice and be capable of operating the guns (the civilian version either won’t, or will only be able to do so under specific circumstances).
In summary, I’m picturing the Civilian Version mainly as pictured in GG8, a high-end stealth scout platform. The military version is intended as an orbital operations base for an Imperial Intelligence team or similar outfit.

Some really neat ideas here! I'll be watching this thread.
The Civilian Version should have the Blaster Array (lesser variant) as an option, not stock/standard. Like a simple modification at the factory, with a little extra paperwork & cost (empire tracking who get the mod), but way more expensive & complicated to get anywhere else. If at all.
Beyond that, great ideas all around! _________________ Facing all that you fear will free you from yourself.

When I'm finished, I'll post the stats in the Revising Official Starship Stats, with a link.
