I forgot which comic it may have been (from way back in the mid-late 80s), but i remember seeing a SW comic that had elephant looking humanoids... And i am not on about big blu (Max Rebo)...
Anyone know which race i am on about, or is my memory flawed??

Nope Those guys were too big, from what i remember.. They were barely 4-ft or so tall... Maybe i will have to create my own version.. The only thing i remember about them, was that they were said to be 'unlying' folk (they couldn't ever lie, nor would they ever hear lies') or something to that effect.

It was a comic, but maybe one based on that cartoon.. IN the UK at least... But yes, that seemed to be the one i was thinking of..

That comic was from 2001, not the 80s. The species first appeared in the Star Wars SE film (1997) in the cantina (one was hiding Sivrak).
