This one is even sillier than the B2 Buzzsaw Battle Droid. Purely melee and no ranged? As always, if I missed something, if it doesn't make sense, if he could be done better, please post and let me know.
Quote: | B2 Chainsaw Battle Droid
A variant of B2 super battle droid with chainsaws as hand appendages was used by the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars. One such droid was present during the Battle of Simocadia, where it used its chainsaws to cut through a wooden door in the Royal Palace. It then attempted to use the saws as the melee weapons against the Humans defending the palace, but was cut in half by Mace Windu's lightsaber.

Cool, I like the look of these Droids
I think you've missed a set of arms, it appears to have 3 arms on each side, a hand, a buzzsaw and a pincer/claw appendage. |

Oh, chainsaws in SW....this reminds me of games long past..
Stats are on a character sheet somewhere.
My character was a bit of a mix of 'rippoff' from Zaphod Beeblebrox and a Tech tinkerer.
So with some heavy weapons, a B3-series worker droid (a 2,5m version of the B1 in pic) I started building a battle droid. Two things made this perfect. First a 2m chainsaw from a forest clearing droid. Secondly when I found a assassin droid head to mount on the droid to take advantage of advanced programming.

Of course the droid rebelled after a while and the assassin droid personality programming I though I had found and wiped, reinstalled itself.
Luckily my character wasnt around when the droid went berserk so the other PCs had to handle it. I think two forcepoints were spent.
Something about a STR 9D+armour droid with a E-web, rocket laucher and a 2 m chainsaw kind of rubbed the GM the wrong way to have around I guess.
EDIT: Images wont work, here is link

Or in Cyberpunk 2020, 1. pressure mine under your sleeping mat, or 2. stringing monofilament across the exit of a building then yell fire. Oh yes, CP2020 the good ole days. _________________ Don Diestler

Crossover stats for WH40K Chain Weapons aren’t out of the realm of possibility, either, although how they’d differ stat-wise from vibro-weapons is difficult to say. _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation.
