One of the things i LOVED, that adnd 2nd edition (and even some of the newer editions) have done, is made 3x5 Index card like decks, for spells, magic items, and the like.
Has anyone ever done something similar for Star-wars, for force powers. That way a Jedi PC (Or just a force user), can have an index card for each power his character knows, WITH his character sheet.. That way, he has an Easy time of referrencing what the power does, and if he wanted to, he could use said card(s), marked with a die on top (or some other indicator), showing what power(s), he has activated? _________________ Confucious sayeth, don't wash cat while drunk! |

I've honestly thought about doing something like this a few times over the years. I should look into what sort of Avery forms are available and work on this when I get some time and energy. _________________ __________________________________

I did find some online a few years ago. No idea where though.
I think I saved them somewhere on a memory stick, but couldn't swear to it. _________________ "The ships hung in the sky in much the same way that bricks don't." |

How much use did you get out of them? IF any. _________________ Confucious sayeth, don't wash cat while drunk! |

I found them really useful. It gave the players a copy of exactly what they had on their sheets, stopped all the searching through books to find stuff, and took the pressure off my poor brain trying to recall how some obscure power might work.
It also inspired players to look at their powers for options during combat, rather than wait until their turn and ask me how something worked. _________________ "The ships hung in the sky in much the same way that bricks don't." |

Hate the Jedi spell list! But, having quick cards at a table could be useful for the powers I decide to keep as is instead of folding into passive skill boosts. _________________ RR

Like Urban Spaceman, I think I have something like these I downloaded from somewhere.
They can definitely be a good source for players, especially ones new to the game as the Force Powers stuff can appear a little daunting
on first view compared to the rest of the rules
They could probably also be useful for keeping track of 'up' powers during combat |
