Pro Printing REUP?

Hello. Tried to search for this but did not find a proper answer.

Can anyone help me out getting a pro printed and book binding for the REUP version?

The files for printing a LULU book appear a little harder to find these days. There was a great repository of them on the G+ community. Shootingwomprats did a great job of collecting those.

Apparently you have to select the text block and the cover separately. I know that you can set this up in the POD service on lulu.com, though I'm not familiar with the specifics.

Did the REUP guys pull the plug on the project? Why?

They ghosted at some point. And I can't say that I blame them. I've had some of my fan work show up under some searches with my real name and I've gotten a bit skittish since then. When you're dealing with Star Wars you never know if fan work is going to come back to haunt you.

Also, it was an enormous amount of work to do all that editing. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a burnout situation, or if a name got real-world leaked, or any number of reasons.
