+3 armour? Don't you mean +1D, which is 3 Pips?
I'd suggest getting rid of the rifle and thermal detonator. The Light Repeater works for a long range weapon, and the pistol is an effective back-up to it.
And, well, I've seen people take characters *JUST* to get the Thermal Detonator. |

I did condier that, but figured since they had 1 and was commadones it was a good fit. 3 grandes tootal as well as a light repeater , some exist in pistol size all fits on the body and does not take much space in case plioting a fighter.
I realize this gives them a op weapon and is something I could change to "3 granades carried" and DMs can allow or disallow a TD in such cases.
As for the armor I made thi +3 PIP, not +1D.
There are rules on where pips and dice arecounted seperately.
2D+2 with a 1D+2 bonus can some times be 3D+4 and other times be 4D+1
The first is generally we calculating any non skill dice/pip mechnics |

Correct. Armor adding to damage resistance rolls is where pips do not convert to dice values. Dice and pips are individually cumulative.
+3 armor performs a little differently than +1D armor. +3 is on average slightly less protection than +1D, but +3's protection is more consistent (since not variable). There is nothing wrong with having a +3 armor if that's what you want it to do.
Mamatried, is this the unit that Iden Versio is from? I never played the story mode for her but my son told me about it. He sometimes plays her when we play the 'Vs.' Arcade mode against each other and he kills me when I am Anakin. _________________ *

yes it is that unit, or rather that type of unit. Inspired by the Inferno Squad yes
a TIE FIghter Corps Special Forces unit.....sort of |
