Like I said in the new Into thread, I've been out of pocket here for years.

So, I have A LOT of catching up to do.

However, I guess my search skills are lacking because I can't find the newest version of the REUP rules here. Can someone point me in the correct direction to find them ?

Also, is there a GM screen &/Or a quick reference guide here ?

Oh yeah, also is there any player cheat sheets or qrf hand outs here ?

Thanks

Welcome back! You can find the latest REUP and several other goodies in the Rancor Pit Library.

Ah, that "3rd edition" below REUP is a fan edition of the game that is unrelated to REUP and not made by the same team. REUP is really the same game system as 2eR&E, with a lot of expansion to include the PT and some minor tweaks to stats, etc.

I haven't looked at it much or any time recently, but IIRC "3rd edition" makes a lot of changes to the way the game system works. The version on the Library is the 23rd revision from 2018. I don't know if there is a more recent revision. It was made by LegendaryExGamer who last posted here in 2016 to share an older revision of his document. The links in his thread no longer work, except to this blog entry about his game.

Years ago in the WEG SW community, anytime anyone called their personal version of the rules a "third edition" they were met with much backlash. It seemed to be taken as a statement of superiority about their version of the rules over any other fan's rules, as trying to officialize their progression from the second edition. Apparently LegendaryExGamer just didn't care. I was never offended by anyone's "third edition". The "official" third edition of the game system is D6 Space (2004). I consider my current version of the game a beta to a third edition, but I don't call it a third edition.

rgr

I haven't dug too deep into v2 vs v3 but just at first glance there is a different feel to it at the least'

So with that, If I do set the hook and get the group to play SW I won't even mention the v3 book.

Thanks for the info
