From MakingStarWars.net comes this news:

Sounds like an interesting time. Are there any d6 supplements or Expanded Universe material that cover this 400 BBY era?
This could be an interesting era to run a campaign in. Anyone have any ideas on campaign seeds or adventures that would make sense in this setting?

Wookieepedia is your friend. The sources for the Legends page for 400 BBY (below) are all post-WEG books, so there are definitely no D6 supplements that cover this era. There isn't much info about this era but there are a few EU sources listed for further research. I see that WotC retconned WEG by moving the Cloud City construction date forward to this date.
Most GMs would probably not want to run a campaign or adventures in this era if the era really is going to be featured in an upcoming SW film, because we would get a lot of new information from the film and supporting publications. Of course a new film would be Canon and Disney would not be beholden to use what little Legends info there is available about this time frame anyway.
