So, I'm looking at the categories, and where, in general, do you think folks should put discussions of force powers? New ones, old ones, nature thereof, etc.? My guess is Character, but it's not explicit.

If you are discussing Force Powers completely without any respect to game mechanics (which never happens here), that would go in General Star Wars.
For rules-related discussions of Force Powers, you would put it in Official Rules if the OP is just dedicated to interpreting RAW, or House Rules if it involves new powers there aren't rules for and/or new rules for existing powers. If it is more of a GM question of how would you handle X where the answer could be RAW or house rules, that may be more appropriate in the Gamemaster forum.
