Just found out about the existence of The Willow Sourcebook. Trying to find a copy. It interprets the movie into RPG info to use in whatever system. Main characters stats are rendered in faux-DnD terms. It just sort of vaguely creates a DnD sourcebook without explicitly saying so, though you could presumably also convert the data to other games. They use a lot of terms like "or the equivalent in your rules system".
From what I can tell, it has some WEG people in its credits. So it should be ok at least. |

Did you learn about from the other Willow thread you started earlier this year? You could have just bumped that thread.

I did not. Somehow I missed it then, and just now found out about through a citation on the Willow wiki.
I haven't had a chance to play the boardgame yet, though it is VERY 1980's in look and feel. I love the quaint art and graphic design of it. You can practically smell cigarettes and hear adults talking about Gorbachev in the next room.
I did have another good Willow score recently. The first issue of the Willow figure had an Elora Danon and removable backback as part of the toy. This was recalled for choking concerns. I had a MOC one already but I recently, against all expectations, got a really nice loose one as part of a big lot of Willow toys for a decent price. |
