I was wondering if a template had 1D in one of the three force skills and the character advances, will the other two force skills be counted as skills and cost him 1 cp each or will the first D count as an Attribute costing him 10cp? |

Even for templates that start with just one force power (minor/young jedi), getting that 2nd force power, still counts as learning a new ability so 10cp.. As per page 140 of the R&E rule book.. _________________ Confucious sayeth, don't wash cat while drunk! |

Quote: | Teachers
A character who has no Force training must have a teacher to learn Jedi skills. The teacher must have at least 3D in the specific skills that will be taught to the student.
A Jedi student will most often learn control first, although some masters will begin instruction with ttie sense skill. Alter is almost always learned last.
It takes a student ten weeks of intensive study and costs 20 Character Points to learn each Force skill. |
I use/have used a variable cost with the first Force skill being higher than the last. In part this was an attempt to somewhat equalize the cost of acquiring Force skills after character creation versus acquiring attribute increases for characters who started with less than 18D in the six attributes. |
