I just realized that even if the Quick Reference Guide 1.4 is accurate for REUP, thanks to being almost identical to R&E, but I just wonder if the author is still around here?
A non-pdf version of the QR 1.4, or one updated with REUP page numbers would be nice to know if such exists, even if very unlikely. I have the feeling editing a pdfs isn't as easy, if I'd be foolish enough to try... |

I did a quick reference years ago, but I'm not sure if it is the same document you are referring to. Can you post a link to version 1.4 so I can see if we're thinking of the same thing.

I don't remember where I got that, but version 1.4 is dated January 2016. Hopefully the author will see this thread.

If not, the G+ Community is a likely place. Though there's a lot of crossover between the two places, there are people to tend to camp in one forum or the other.
