I didn't want to start a new thread for this, but I'm watching ANH, and when the Falcon is captured by the Death Star, there is a scene where Vader says something to this effect: "They must be trying to return the plans to the princess."
How freakin' stupid is that! Why would he think the Rebels would return the DS plans to the princess who is a prisoner aboard the DS????  |

Maybe he was more on about "return them to the royal family?"

Ahh. You're right! I took it too literally. I was thinking that Vader thought that they'd brought the plans to the DS, not to the Alderaan system.
Makes sense now. |
