Has anyone ever used this vehicle in a game?
For those of you thinking, "Huh?" the Tramp Speeder is a lightly armed utility transport featured in the Rebel Alliance Sourcebook. I'm thinking of switching it from landspeeder to airspeeder and making it a light utility counterpart to the combat airspeeder, giving the Alliance a basic air assault capability.
Thoughts? _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. It's expected that you will make up new rules to suit the needs of your game." - The Star Wars Roleplaying Game, 2R&E, pg. 69, WEG, 1996.

I think so. It wouldn't need much more than that. _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. It's expected that you will make up new rules to suit the needs of your game." - The Star Wars Roleplaying Game, 2R&E, pg. 69, WEG, 1996.

Thing is if you switch it to air speeder, it generally means it has 250+ meters of flight ceiling.. Normal swoops/speeders/repulsorlift vehicles are most often limited to 20 or so meters and lower.. _________________ Confucious sayeth, don't wash cat while drunk! |

That's how I'm picturing it, roughly equivalent to an OH-6 or an OH-58. A light utility air speeder for troop deployment, medevac, fire support, etc. _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. I have something else in mind. _________________ "No set of rules can cover every situation. It's expected that you will make up new rules to suit the needs of your game." - The Star Wars Roleplaying Game, 2R&E, pg. 69, WEG, 1996.
