|
|
Heya folks -
I'm looking for rules - official or not - that might help with starport or city generation. Not necessarily layout, as that's pretty complex and there are a lot of online resources for that anyway.
Anyone know of anything official or unofficial to help generate cities, population amounts, imports/exports, terrain, or city culture? |

None that I can think of. But the planet generation system gets into most of that stuff, and in space opera you tend to only travel to a one or two cities on any given planet. Sorry that is not very helpful. _________________ *

JG480 FIFTY STARBASES may help. The first 17 pages are fantastic, but the following maps are meh. |

I concur. Platt's Starport Guide is one of my favorite books, and has tons of inspiration for imaginative starports, but some guidelines and generation tables ala the Planets Collection would be sweet. A nice project for gamers of the Pit to consider. |
