Sorry my brain fried on me.

If a force user is initiating a two skill power they roll both skills at -1D ?

If they are keeping up a two skill power and initiating a three skill power they then roll all skills at a -4D ?

If in the same round, then yes the force user takes a MAP. Though someone iirc quoted a rule that says if they spread activating it over 2 rounds, that they don't take a MAP.

On situation 2, same thing. Having say LS combat up, and activating Affect mind would be 5 total actions you have that round, 2 for LS combat being up, and 3 more for bringing up affect mind. So all would be at -4d.
How ever if you split up activating your Affect mind over 3 rounds, it would only be the -1d for keeping up LS combat.

That is weird. I could see a progressive penalty by using each skill a round. So all the rolls are not affected at the same time.
