As my last two chars received no comment i would assume they are functional?

Is that what silence means?

Ugh, as i am doing all posts from my phone i keep having auto correct errors.

It just means the people who like to comment on character stats haven't checked for updates yet. I've got ship stats posted that I'm still waiting for comments.
