I realize that this may not be the best forum for such a question, and so, apologies in advance. But...
Are there any good Star Wars MUDs? Does anyone play on one?
I do not have a powerful enough computer to play the SW Galaxies, but I would if I had the time and the money to waste...
So, any ideas? _________________ "Let your anger be like a monkey in a pinata"

Ok, I’m not all that familiar with what a MUD is, but if you give me a rundown perhaps I can help out. _________________ "My schooling not only failed to teach me what it professed to be teaching, but prevented me from being educated to an extent which infuriates me when I think of all I might have learned at home by myself." - George Bernard Shaw |

A "MUD" is a Multi-User Dungeon. It is a text-based live RPG played on the computer, and most are played or hosted via Telnet.
They are not flashy at all, and are good only for ideas and getting better at typing.
BUT, they don't require a very fast computer, and most of the people are nice. _________________ "Let your anger be like a monkey in a pinata"

It doesn't seem to have any Force users available for regular PCs... But, I could have just missed the 'help page' that talks about it.
It's not looking too good so far... _________________ "Let your anger be like a monkey in a pinata"

Check the links, perhaps they will have a link to a better site. _________________ "My schooling not only failed to teach me what it professed to be teaching, but prevented me from being educated to an extent which infuriates me when I think of all I might have learned at home by myself." - George Bernard Shaw |
