Not a fan-book as such, but there is a D6 conversion of the New Jedi Order D20 book here

There is also a bunch of other Vong stuff on that site too, if you look through the other categories listed, such as the SWG Collection.

Womp Rat Press is working on an alternate Invasion Era Sourcebook that takes place during the Clone Wars.
I'm actually interested in taking it further though and reworking the New Jedi Order....
