In the interest of making Stormtroopers dangerous again I tried converting some D20 Stormtroopers to D6. I took some of the higher skills from that, figuring those are just as official as the D6 stats. Then I figured that Stormtroopers are based on Jango Fett's clone template. So I gave them Bobo Fett's attribute template. The I dropped the -1D to Dex from the armor [as suggested by the Rules of Engagement SB].

What I got was a much more professional and dangerous Stormtrooper who really keep my players on their toes.

IMPERIAL STORMTROOPER

EQUIPMENT:
* (optional) DLT-20A "longblaster" Blaster Rifle (5D+2 Dam, +2D if aimed, Range 30/100/350, Ammo 50)
* E-11 Blaster Carbine (5D Dam, +2D if aimed, Range 30/100/250, Ammo 100)
* 2 Stun Grenades (5D Stun Dam, 7/20/40, *Stormtroopers are immune to these)
* LXR-6 concussion grenade (5D Dam, 7/20/40)
* Baradium-core thermal detonator:(Timer 6 - 18 sec, range of 5 meters Dam 50, must have code)
* (optional) FC1 Flechette Launcher (Dam: 0-1m-8D/3m-7D/5m-5D, Range 25/100/250, Ammo 6)
* Stormtrooper Armor (Advanced Breathing Filters, Electrobinoculars, Comlink, 20 minute air & heat).
* Two grappling hooks, and 20 meters high-tension wire.
* Glowrod
* 4 spare blaster power paks
* 3 ion flares
* Energy rations and water packs
* Spare comlink
* 2 combat medpacs.
* Binders
* Spare armor power cells
* Blaster/Armor Tool kit

Nice, JT. You'll find a few threads here about making stormtroopers more competent, and yours are definitely that!
