As the topic states - got a player grabbing one tonight - want a deckplan in case they keep this ship for a while.

Do you own a copy of Stock Ships? There's a deckplan in the book if you have it.

Bah - I hadn't noticed that - and whats worse is its horrible looking.

Not to mention there's NO way that is to scale.

I'll be looking into making a new one myself

It sounds like my player really likes what he was presented with, so he'll probably have this ship the rest of my campaign unless something happens to it.

Regarding scale, here is the official errata in case it helps. Of course that is the scale of the ships with respect to each other, so this may not help if you feel the inside of the ship is not to scale with the outside of the ship. If you design your own and it is possible to share it, please do so here. We'd love to see it.

Stock Ships Errata

Due to a printing error, the photocopy percentage (to make the ship deck plans scaled to Star Wars Miniatures Battles) was omitted. The following percentages should suffice.

Lantillian Short Hauler: 160%
Starwind-class Pleasure Yacht: 285%
Starfeld Z-10 Seeker: 120%
Corellian YT-2400: 150%
Corellian XS-800: 170%
Hyrotil Crescent: 170%
Kazellis Light Freighter: 190%
Nova-Drive 3-Z: 240%
Rendili-Surron Starlight Freighter: 310%
Suwantek Systems' TL-1800: 150%
Starfeld ZH-25 Questor: 130%
Corellian HT-2200: 300%
Barloz-class Medium Freighter: 240%
Surronian L19 Light Freighter: 300%
Mon Cal Deepwater Freighter: 260%

Note: These percentages are approximations, for ease of use. For more precise figures, use the following formula:

Ship's Length in Meters divided by 2.
Divide the result by the length of the ship (in inches) on the actual map.
Multiply the result by 100. The final result is the percentage to set a photocopier to enlarge the map to 25mm scale.

Sorry for the error, folks.

Cool! Thanks for sharing Whill!

I'd be curious to see what some of those ship plans look like blown up to 300%

So say i had one of those L-19s. Cargo bay 2 (the one that is smaller) should really be more like 30m, vice 15m?

Well, if it measures 15m on the map, a 300% modifier = 3X, so make it more like 45m.

So let's say i had a modification that gave me a 10,000 gallon fire fighting foam tank (more fluff than function), how much of that smaller cargo bay would that take up do you think?

Player confirmed it - would like to see me make a deckplan.

Will be going with reason and be posting a new topic on it in the next few days.
