Anybody else ever do anything with this planet and system (which includes the famous 'Cloak of the Sith')?
There's not a ton on Wookieepedia, and I'm honestly getting most of my info from WotC's Genonosis and the Outer Rim book, which gives some details on the planet.
I'm finding I have to make my own maps and everything, as there's very little actually out there. It seems most of the source material comes from about four episodes of the Droids series (which were later turned into a full-length movie).
Anybody else ever use it for your game? _________________ Currently Running: Villains & Vigilantes (a 32-year-old campaign with multiple groups) and D6 Star Wars; mostly on hiatus are Adventures in Middle-earth and Delta Green |

I had some PCs make a quick stop there, chasing after someone in the Cloak of the Sith, but it revolved more around that (and a couple of decoy beacons) rather than the planet itself.
Is there something specific that you're looking for? |

Possibly indirectly, but not with certainty. An episode of a pre-Clone Wars game we did a while back revolved around a Jedi NPC who'd entered that region, disappeared for nearly a year, and was eventually found (mad and raving) by newly arrived colonists on a rim world well away from the Cloak with no explanation for what happened to her ship or how she'd got there. She was brought back after the colonists reported her presence to the Jedi (they recognized her lightsaber, though she'd not threatened any of them and they had the sense to stay well away from her.) She SEEMED to recover with treatment, though she claimed she had no memory of where she'd been or what happened to her. We (the PCs) came into the situation investigating a series of very unusual serial murders on Coruscant, which eventually led back to her. We never did learn exactly where she'd been during the time she was missing or what happened to her. One of the characters got through to her briefly, but the suggestion that whatever had done this to her must be found and destroyed terrified her so badly that she turned her lightsaber on herself. It was suggested that she might have been on Roon at some point, but that was never confirmed. Interestingly, we also never got anyone to explain to us what she'd been doing in that region in the first place, but the two Jedi in the group were forbidden by the Council to investigate further. |

Nothing specific, Corise; just wondering generally. For instance, the only "mapped out" area I've seen (anywhere) is a small portion of a small city called Nime, that appears to be from Tawntoom Province.
Being as so little has been actually defined, I'm wondering if anybody has done (or seen) any more done with the planet.
Based on the bits I've read before, it seems to me that both named provinces (Tawntoom and Umboo) would be found in the dark/shadow side, as opposed to the more temperate light portion. _________________ Currently Running: Villains & Vigilantes (a 32-year-old campaign with multiple groups) and D6 Star Wars; mostly on hiatus are Adventures in Middle-earth and Delta Green |
