Yep. Only Loc and maybe Scrawprin can approve custom avatars, and they have to be Star Wars related.

heh, I had that same thought 
IIRC they only approve custom avatars for PbP players putting their character into their avi.

I'm not sure if I understand you properly, are you suggesting that you can only get a custom if you're a pbp player? This avatar of HK-47 wasn't default. I had given it to Loc Taal and he had approved it.

well then, guess i was wrong!
I thought i recalled trying to get a Yuuzhan Vong Avatar, and it not being approved.
